Truth is not dependent upon declarations or acquisition, it cannot be brought down nor built up, and has no nature of its own except as it is recognized, and thusly recognized truth is but provisional, being like a reflection, but not coming into being as a reflection, neither going away as the reflection ceases to be; neither formed nor formless, spoken nor unspoken, truth neither is nor is not come into being, but always was, and always will be, without beginning nor end, and cannot rightly said not to be found in this saha-world, nor can it be said to exist in exclusion of it. Truth is not a thing, but it is not nothing.
