Dharma is the pure light that with infinite patience and compassion makes the seed in fertile soil (virtuous spirit), grow into a lotus flower with miraculous spiritual qualities.

When someone's karma is ripe, then if they meet with an external 'trigger', then something can happen. Dharma is like a seed that needs to meet fertile soil.

I would recommend to let the yoga practitioner explain what she felt and quote it.
