A form of estoric meditative movements or moving meditation I practise which is called seam-jasani. When it ends you relax by imaging and sensing that the air or magnetic breath surrounding you has invisible properties that help you to feel refreshed and quite relaxed. I have come across this animative power your talking about...is it really real?

What changes when I experienced this for myself? I don't think anything significant has happened to me since I experienced this power.
